Facilitate the Future is a six-week programme that equips teams with the skills and tools to lead complex conversations and navigate wicked problems. Through hands-on practice and feedback, you’ll build confidence in designing and running sessions that unlock ideas, manage dynamics, and move groups forward with clarity and impact.

Complex, messy, and often called wicked problems— the challenges organisations face today need more than a meeting room booking, strong coffee, and good intentions. They need skilled facilitation and individuals who can drive lasting change.
Facilitate the Future is a six-week facilitation skills training programme that builds the confidence, tools, and mindset to help your team lead conversations that unlock progress and spark change.
This is hands-on, practical, and rooted in real experience. Participants will learn how to design and run sessions that keep people engaged, draw out the best thinking, and move groups from stuck to forward.
Over six weeks participants will:
Understand what makes wicked problems different and how to explore and understand the challenges from range of perspectives
Learn how to frame challenges in ways that invite energy, focus and participation by all stakeholder groups
Build and practise a practical facilitation toolkit they can apply straight away to understand problems, generate ideas, reach consensus and convert to action
Explore how to manage dynamics, energy, and participation with confidence
Strengthen their own facilitation style through feedback and reflection
Week-by-week snapshot:

Week 2 – Framing Challenges for Clarity & Energy

Week 6 – Reflection, Feedback & Planning Your Next Challenges

By the end, participants will have a sharper understanding of how to work with complexity, a facilitation skills training toolkit they can trust, and the confidence to facilitate for impact.
We know facilitation is a skill best learned by doing — and your teams' time is too valuable for theory that doesn’t translate into practice. That’s why Facilitate the Future comes with our Facilitation Guarantee:
If participants don’t leave the programme with a toolkit they feel confident using in their own sessions, we’ll offer a one-to-one coaching call to help you them there — at no extra cost.
No fluff. No abstract theory. Just practical facilitation skills you can put into action — or we make it right.
