Event and workshop facilitation

Firefly Innovation workshops are expertly facilitated to ensure clear outcomes and impactful discussions. We will take time to understand the barriers to innovation in your organisation and help bring new ideas to life by breaking the innovation process down into accessible bite size pieces.

If you need a bit of help starting, validating or implementing projects we can work together to move these forward, My in house support projects typically last between 3-12 months and focus on various elements of business development and startup support.
