Driving real change

We deliver real change. Days end with agreed actions or objectives and accountability. You can book a check in or follow up to make sure the work gets done.

Design process

First steps will be a call to talk through existing or overarching aims and objectives.

We'll then work out the logistics of the day and a structured agenda that takes us where we need to go. We'll have a final check in a couple of days beforehand to talk through and lock down the agenda.

I'll always be on site early to ensure everything is set up so we can get the most from our session.

Implementation

Sometimes away days and planning days are where ideas go to die. Not on my watch. We'll ensure that the areas discussed are fully captured and shared with all and most importantly that they are converted into tangible actions

I often recommend a quick online session about a week after the event to review and prioritise actions coming out of the session.

There's also the option of a quick 4 or 6 month check in in-house to track and maintain momentum on focus areas and capture any radical shifts in plans.
